School Improvement Priorities

Our School Improvement Objectives for 2024-2025:

Objective 1	Quality of Education - To introduce and monitor the new curriculum topic overviews and related assessment for pathways
Objective 2	Personal Development - To have a fully mapped, implemented and tracked Induction and Training Program for all staff, including outreach
Objective 3	Behaviour and Attitudes - To improve children's outcomes through interventions, ensuring the newly formed Pastoral Team develop their roles as part of the MDP (Multi-Disciplinary Panel)
Objective 4	Leadership and Management - Continue to maximise the impact of leaders, at all levels, on school improvement by ensuring robust monitoring schedules and systems and clearly defined roles
Objective 5	To open a satellite provision which successfully replicates the curriculum offer in the main building.
